Buhler declares 11th annual increase in dividends

Buhler Industries Inc. has declared a cash dividend of $0.13 per share. The dividend is payable January 14, 2004 to shareholders of record on December 5, 2003. This is the 11th consecutive increase in dividends.
The ex-dividend date is December 3, 2003.
