Buhler declares 10th annual increase in dividends

Buhler Industries Inc. has declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable January 29, 2003 to shareholders of record on December 30, 2002. This is the 10th consecutive increase in dividends.
The Ex Dividend date is December 24th, 2002.
