Buhler declares 10th annual increase in dividends

Buhler Industries Inc., (TSX;BUI) has negotiated the purchase of the Brekmar Industries Ltd. manufacturing plant and equipment located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Brekmar has manufactured plastic components for the Ag industry for over 20 years.
Buhler will take possession and begin operating the facility as of August 30, 2002.
Buhler expects that this acquisition will not be accretive to earnings, and that 2002 earnings will meet or exceed analyst’s forecasts.
