Buhler agrees to acquire Alloway's North Dakota factory

Buhler Industries Inc., (TSE:BUI) has negotiated the purchase of the Alloway Industries L.L.C. manufacturing plant and equipment located in Fargo, North Dakota.
Alloway Industries L.L.C. is a joint venture enterprise between Deere & Company and WEC Company, d/b/a Woods Equipment Company. Earlier this year, Deere and Woods announced that the joint venture would be dissolved and the Alloway plant closed by July 31st of this year.
Buhler plans to take possession and begin operating the facility as of August 1, 2002.
