Production Control Coordinator - Willmar, MN

Buhler Industries Inc., a leading and growing manufacturer of farm equipment, is currently accepting applications for a qualified Production Control Coordinator.

The successful candidate will work closely with the production, manufacturing, quality assurance and engineering functions to ensure all required material and components are available to support the Master Production Plan.

Responsibilities include analyzing and processing MRP action messages to create shop floor work order packages and supplier shipment release schedules, performing cycle counts, as well as inventory and labour transactions on MAPICS systems. In addition, you will be responsible for inventory accuracy and investigating discrepancies, contacting outside vendors to expedite incoming material shipments, and creating and maintaining priority lists. Experience in an MRP based production environment would be considered a definite asset.
