Field Sales Manager - Farm King


Buhler Industries Inc., a leading and growing manufacturer of farm equipment, is currently accepting applications for a qualified Field Sales Manager for the company's Farm King division.

As a Field Sales Manager you will oversee the Buhler short line sales team in North America. The successful candidate will assist the Director of Sales in determining market strategies for each region, and implement sales initiatives, forecasts and budgets.

Responsibilities include targeting, planning and execution of objectives through identification of market trends. You will have a strong record in maintaining and developing Territory Managers and dealers while monitoring their performance. In addition, you will conduct dealer product training in conjunction with TM’s. You will also complete yearly reviews on dealer standards and quality, and attend trade shows. The Field Sales Manager will act as a liaison between the field and corporate staff.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years experience as a Field Manager in the agricultural equipment sector. Excellent communication and decision-making skills in combination with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment are essential. Travel is required.
